Controller and data collected

The controller is Ricard Leon Botella, operating as LionLabs Systems in Blanes, Girona, Spain. Depending on use of the service, LionLabs may process:

• account identity and contact details;
• authentication, session and security records;
• subscription, invoicing and Stripe status references;
• encrypted exchange-connection and Telegram configuration;
• bot settings, operational events, orders and diagnostic logs;
• support communications and technical identifiers such as IP address.

Purposes and lawful bases

Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide the contracted service, process subscriptions, execute user-configured automation, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, resolve incidents and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on performance of the service contract, legal obligations, legitimate security and service interests, and consent where required.

Recipients and international services

Data is shared only where necessary with infrastructure and service providers such as IONOS, Stripe and user-selected integrations. Hyperliquid and Telegram process data under their own terms when a user connects those services. LionLabs does not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Data is retained for the active relationship and then for the periods required to handle legal, tax, security and contractual responsibilities. Sensitive connection material is protected on the server and access is restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where applicable. Requests can be sent to contact@lionlabsystems.com. Users may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
