Eligibility and account security

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting and permitted to use digital-asset services in their jurisdiction. Accounts are personal. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, connected wallets, API credentials and devices.

Nature of the service

LionLabs supplies software for analysis, backtesting, bot configuration, monitoring and user-authorised execution. It does not hold customer funds, provide custody, operate an exchange, manage investments or provide personalised financial advice. Users retain control of their accounts and trading decisions.

Risk

Digital assets and derivatives are highly volatile. Leverage can magnify losses, including rapid or total loss of allocated capital. Historical results, simulations, optimisation and displayed metrics do not predict or guarantee future performance. Technical failures, liquidity, slippage, network conditions and third-party services can affect execution.

Subscription and cancellation

The complete plan is billed monthly at the price shown before checkout, with applicable taxes disclosed where required. Payments and billing management are handled through Stripe. Users can cancel future renewal through the billing portal; access continues as indicated during cancellation. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, share accounts, automate abusive traffic or use LionLabs in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

Availability and liability

LionLabs aims to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free execution. To the extent permitted by law, LionLabs is not responsible for market losses, third-party outages or actions taken from user configurations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, suspension and governing law

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels. Access may be suspended for security, non-payment, abuse or legal reasons. Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or legally competent courts.
